Sales and marketing for a small service business

Raslak Hub is not a marketing tool. It is the system that makes sure no quote request gets lost, no quote goes unfollowed and every finished job brings the next customer.

1. Requests come in by themselves

Sales in a small company starts with an enquiry that usually arrives when your hands are full. Hub gives it three doors, and all of them lead to the same place:

A request becomes a customer and a quote draft in one click. No re-typing, no sticky notes.

2. Sales does not get forgotten

Most lost deals are not lost on price but on silence: the quote was sent and nobody followed up. The Pipeline's Today list tells you every morning what to do:

Once you have called, press "Mark followed up" and the list stays clean. You can ask Rax on your phone: "who should I call today?" — the answer comes with phone numbers.

3. The customer decides in the portal

The customer receives the quote as a link to their own customer portal. There they view it, accept or decline and can leave a reason. You see the decision immediately as a notification, and the reason for a lost quote is stored — the Pipeline shows your win rate and why deals slip away.

The same portal is a sales advantage during the job: the customer follows progress, photos, extra work and invoices without calling you. Most of your competitors do not offer that.

4. Every finished job markets the next one

What Hub does not do

Hub does not send ad campaigns or newsletters and does not manage social media. You handle advertising and visibility where your customers are — Google Business Profile, referrals and your own website. Hub's job is to turn the enquiry that comes from there into a quote, the quote into a deal and the deal into the next recommendation.

Frequently asked questions

Is Raslak Hub a marketing tool?

No. Hub does not send ad campaigns or newsletters. It runs the sales chain: a request arrives from the form or online booking, a quote goes out and is followed up, the customer decides in the portal, and a finished job triggers a review request. You handle advertising where your customers are — Hub makes sure the enquiry it produces never gets lost.

How do I put the quote request form on my website?

The Pipeline view has a Lead form button. It gives you a two-line embed code for your website and a shareable link for your Google Business Profile, social media or email signature. The request shows up immediately in the Today list and in your inbox.

How do I know whether the customer opened the quote?

The quote card and the Pipeline show whether the quote was opened and how many times, whether the email bounced and when the validity ends. If a customer has opened the quote and not decided within three days, Hub puts it on your call list.

How do review requests work?

When a project is marked complete, the customer automatically receives a request to leave a review on your Google Business Profile. Hub also asks for NPS feedback, and a low score notifies you immediately.
