Painting companies: sites, work stages and invoicing in one place
A painting job means many sites, changing crews and stages that must happen in the right order. Hub keeps the site, the hours and the invoice in one view, so nothing is left unfinished or unbilled.

The site and its stages in one place
In Hub each painting site is its own record: address, contact, agreed scope, finishes and schedule. Work stages — prep, filling, priming, top coat — can be marked and checked off, so both the foreman and the customer can see progress without a phone call.
Hours logged on a phone
The worker taps Start on arrival and Stop on leaving. The time is allocated to the site, and the foreman sees in real time who is where. At month end the hours are ready for payroll — no collecting them from messages or notes.
Materials and extra work down to the line
Paints and supplies used are recorded on the site, and extra work — an added room, a harder substrate, a colour change — goes on its own line. The worker proposes it, the foreman prices it and the customer approves on a phone, so there is no dispute later about where the invoice came from.
A customer portal cuts phone calls
The customer sees visits, before-and-after photos and invoices in the portal. For a housing company or property owner this is often the deciding difference: the information is available without one more call.
Rax handles the routine
The built-in assistant Rax drafts a quote for a new site from a description and prepares the month's invoices for you to review. It uses the same data you see and sends nothing without your approval. How it is built: AI-native.
Price and getting started
69 euros a month includes the main user, each additional user is 22 euros. The trial is 14 days, and you need no consultant to start: you add the sites yourself, invite the crew to their phones and log the first visit the same day.
FAQ
Does Hub suit a painting company even though it was built for construction?
Yes. Sites, stages, hours and invoices are the same. Construction-specific parts, such as safety measurement, simply stay switched off.
Can the customer see progress?
Yes, if you give the customer a portal login. They see visits, stages and before-and-after photos.
How do hours reach payroll?
Hours are exported monthly as a CSV to payroll or bookkeeping. A Fennoa connector is available.
Can a worker use their own phone?
Yes. Hub runs in the browser and as an app installed to the home screen on any phone.
