An invoice can be produced in e-invoice format (Finvoice) for business customers or sent as a PDF to a consumer. An e-invoice goes straight into the recipient's system, so it doesn't end up as an email attachment no one records.
Data to bookkeeping without double entry
Invoices and hours are exported to bookkeeping: a CSV export works with the common programs and a Fennoa connector is available. The goal is that the accountant receives the data in the form they use, and the same information need not be keyed twice.
Reference, due date and tracking
